Weddings under 40 guests

Our Opal Service is for couples that need Event Management for their intimate gathering of 40 or less guests! Much like our full-scale event management package, this service is perfect for the bride that has it all together, and just needs some help getting down the aisle!

WEDDING PREP

  • One 1.5 hour venue meeting with your planner to finalize details 4 weeks prior to wedding day

  • Wedding binder curation with timelines, vendor schedules, wedding notes and layouts

  • Confirm all contracted vendors prior to wedding day

  • One final details phone call 10 days out

  • A one-hour ceremony rehearsal the evening before (can be added to wedding day coverage if preferred)

 

THE BIG DAY

  • 8 hours of wedding day coverage from your Lead Planner + 1 Assistant

  • Placement of all décor and personal items for ceremony and reception

  • Oversee vendors set up and take down

  • Event supervision

  • Help pack up all décor + personal items to send home with family on wedding night

  • Deliver overnight bags to hotel
